I have already tried a lot of serums and this is certainly one of the better ones. The serum has the typical Amika scent. As I mentioned earlier in other reviews, it's something you should love, the heavy scent, but I'm a fan now. The serum can be used both before blow-drying and after blow-drying. I often do both. A little before blow-drying and a little after blow-drying as a finishing touch. I apply about 2 pumps to my palm and rub my hands together so that the serum can be applied well over my lengths. I find the serum hydrating and the hair feels soft. Personally, I don't need more than that. Economical in use because the bottle has 50ml.
