Supplement for All

Don't let the name scare you off, because these multi vitamins are good for (almost) every age group. If you're looking for a supplement that makes a bunch of flies at once? This one is really perfect. It contains vitamins from A to E (a lot of B), but also various minerals such as calcium, iron and zinc (good for the skin). It also contains herbs and omega 3, and with 2 capsules a day, you'll be very close to most of your minimum daily intake. I'm totally a fan myself, instead of all different pills, just everything you need in 1 capsule. The smell of vitamin B pills is always not the best, but the soft soft gel allows you to swallow the pill quickly so you won't suffer from it anymore. These are also available at most drugstores!
