The Ordinary Soothing & Barrier Support Serum

I have recently been focusing on repairing my skins barrier. I have found this serum to be wonderful. My skin is glowy and smooth. I really like the consistency of the product and the packaging works well. Wish there was a bigger size. I would definitely recommend this product.

This product works really well at soothing and repairing the skin barrier, it's non-irritating and has a nice fluid texture to it. However, it does appear very pink/red on the skin and I've found that it pills on me even when I don't layer any other products with it. This means I have to wear it at night to avoid looking like a peeling tomato - but even then I will wake up to pink bits in my bed that have peeled off in the night. I'd love to use this regularly but the appearance of it making my face look red and it peeling off in patches on my skin means I won't be repurchasing.

This serum is wonderful from my point of view. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I fully notice how it softens the skin, reduces redness and moisturizes you. If you have imperfections, it's your ally and for me it's just another element in my daily skincare!

I've been using the product for a few days now, twice a day, and I'm already noticing a huge difference! My skin is a lot less dry and feels super soft. I always have a lot of dry skin in the winter months, but this really helps! When you apply it, your face is slightly red, but that goes away immediately when the product absorbs. After applying, you won't feel any difference, but after using it a few times, you really start to feel and see it. I also have the idea that my overall shade is a little more “sparkling” or something. My skin looks and feels healthier!
