Absolutely horrible!!
This product added a weird red tint to my hair. It says that it's between warm and cool but the colour is intensely warm. Additionally it did not tone my hair colour in the slightest. And it took few washes for it to fade (still not completely). In addition, the colour seems patchy despite my best effort to comb it through evenly. I don't see how anyone would enjoy using this
Weird colour
I thought this was supposed to refresh and enhance my brown hair, but instead it added this weird reddish hue? It's warmer than described (it's classified as neutral tone) I just really don't see the point of this product. It did not tone my hair colour, and it's very sparse despite me doing my best to distribute it evenly.

Beautiful color that absorbs quickly!
I was allowed to test this product and was unsure whether it would work, but I am very positively surprised! I used this toning as a conditioner, along with normal conditioner after using a normal shampoo (I left it on for about 2-3 minutes) and the result is super nice on my growth (and the rest of my hair)! It also leaves a nice shine. Recommended.

Top fall color!
This product came to me at a very good time. In the summer, I always like to go blonder with my hair, and a little darker in the fall/winter. So I was really curious what this product would do for my highlights. Especially because my dyed hair keeps getting warmer over time. I was hoping this product would make my hair a little darker and cooler. And that has certainly succeeded! You apply the product to your washed hair instead of conditioner. You then let this soak in for 10-15 minutes. To be honest, I let it sit for about t minutes myself, then I ran out of patience 😅 But despite the short time, the product has done its job well! My hair has turned dark brown and feels nice and soft. I wonder how long it will last, I've washed it twice now, and the color is still nice. I just think they should give a warning that the product is leaking, I was quite shocked when my hands were painted with it too. I did have to scrub for a while to get the color off completely. So next time I will definitely use gloves!
