I see a lot of reviews of people who use it for muscle. I bought these for other ways namely. I suffer from concentration problems. I heard from other people that magnesium is good supplements to improve your concentration and to be less tired. I'm taking them for 2 months now and I notice real difference. I'm hardly tired around 16:00 in the afternoon and can keep focus on it for a longer period of time.

I'm just using these because of muscle cramps in the lower leg. Have the night variant. Haven't had any restless legs yet, but whether that's a coincidence or the tablets... Waiting and waiting. The tablets are very large, luckily fragile.

I use magnesium for foot cramps, and I have to say it really helps. Before bedtime I take 1 pill.Am very happy that it works.
