Wella Professionals Color Recharge Conditioner Red

I've been very happy to use the red recharge copper for a few months. I decided to go for the 'cool red' because my hair is more brownish copper in the winter. Wow! It smells great and doesn't come off, after fifteen minutes I have super soft hair and after blow-drying I see a beautiful, really red glow over my copper locks. It's noticeably redder than before, but not unnatural or fake. That's how I use it a few times. After a few weeks, there was a kind of pink haze over my hair. I decide to quit. Much to my shock, I see outgrowth about 6 weeks later. I used at least 2 bottles of head and shoulders in a week to wash it out... no difference! And a bunch of straw... I desperately searched the internet for advice, and ground vitamin C chewable tablets and mixed them with head and shoulders and let them soak in briefly. Fortunately, that did help! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so I recommend only using this conditioner when you dye your hair red, between dyeing sessions. I contacted Wella in January. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
