Review - Collagen Sheet Mask by Mitomo - @sterre_rose_beauty This last month I was travelling non-stop on business trips. I could feel how my face skin was getting stressed, dry and lifeless. For sure, it was not the best time! I came back home just a few days ago and to my surprise, I found a wonderful gift from @weareeves waiting in my mailbox for quite some time: a Collagen Sheet Mask by Mitomo @sterre_rose_beauty! It could not be in a better time, my face really needed some extra help and I thought that, for sure, this sheet mask would be it. When I am trying new skincare products, I really want to make a whole experience out of it; therefore my motto .. beauty is a holistic experience. So, that night I pampered myself with a really nice bath and after that, with my face completely clean, I tried the Collagen Sheet Mask. The package is absolutely gorgeous. It has a Japanese print art that evokes all around beauty. The mask itself has great ingredients such as collagen, aloe vera and hyaluronic acid which are excellent ingredients for the face. Collagen promotes skin elasticity, aloe vera has regenerative properties and hyaluronic acid promotes overall healthy skin as it plumps and softens the skin. I opened the package and the first thing I notice was the nice smell, a lovely-flowery fresh scent. I closed my eyes and I felt like I was in the middle of a park full of flowers. The smell was so nice that it also calmed and relaxed me. I took out the mask and to be honest, I had trouble with unfolding it. It took me about a minute to properly do so and because it was a bit complicated, I teared it a bit. Maybe this is something for the brand to work on as it is not very easy to unfold compared with other sheet masks from other brands. However, it was perfectly fine to put it on the face! I had the mask on for about 25 minutes. It felt refreshing from beginning to end. I relaxed so much!! I felt in a state of peace and calmness, being mindful that my face was deserving a great treat. I took off the mask and I rubbed the remaining into my face. My face felt very soft, smooth and hydrated, like it was given a great boost. I could see the results almost immediately. Before the mask, my face was very stressed and not in the best shape. After the mask, my face was plumped and healthy looking. I would definitely recommend it, especially for mature and dry skin, both types of skin that need an extra elasticity boost. Thank you @We Are Eves for sending me this product to review!
