Brightening Toner

This is the first toner I’ve bought and will be the only one I buy (unless I see problems later down the line). I struggle with skin dullness and my skin also lacks hydration, and I added this to my routine of a basic nighttime plan (cleanser, toner, serum and moisturiser) and this instantly helped, had no problems with it and it smells lovely.

Using the toner in my routine as it states on the packaging it’s step two after cleansing , the toner helps my skin offer when I have an odd occasional breakout using the toner slightly stings when I pat it on my skin but after a few seconds it goes but it leaves my skin nice and hydrated and cleansed
