For pros

So I love this eyeliner, but admittedly it's for makeup addicts and pros. You need to prime to make sure it dosent run which is something many complain about. It can run but it is long lasting and just beautiful. It comes with a brush and there is alot in the pot. Defo one for beauty experts ...you guys will love it!
