Davvero una differenza dopo un po'
Ho provato le compresse Solgar Hair, Skin & Nails per alcuni mesi e devo dire di aver visto davvero la differenza! I miei capelli erano più forti, la mia pelle appariva più luminosa e le mie unghie erano più forti. È altamente raccomandato se noti che i capelli, la pelle o le unghie potrebbero aver bisogno di un supporto extra. Le compresse contengono un buon mix di vitamine e minerali specificamente mirati a migliorare la condizione di capelli, pelle e unghie. Sfortunatamente, le pillole sono costose, quindi non è possibile per me continuare a prenderle. È davvero un peccato, perché sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del risultato. Se hai il budget, ti consiglio vivamente di provarli! Ecco perché do loro 4 stelle.

This makes everything stronger? Does it make me stronger too then?
I took these a few years ago and I still remember them! My nails and hair become stronger and my skin cleared up a bit. It is very pricey so that is why I didn’t buy it again but the vitamins did work. One tip, please don’t take these on an empty stomach as the description says. I took them right before my meal and after 10 minutes or so (after my meal sadly) I threw up my entire stomach content. If you have money to spare I would recommend these. But if not, just look at some foods that have the same effect! Kusjes x
