Gave me a rash in my face :(
I bought this on a whim as this got such raving reviews on here. Sadly this product is a big fat nope for me. As soon as I started using it I got a weird kind of eczema on my face. I googled it, and it's true that a high dosis sometimes can't be managed by the body, causing a rash. I tried it for like a month, hoping it would get better and go away eventually, but it didn't. Now that I've stopped (4 days no pills) my face is almost complete clear again. So this is not for me. I am going to buy the 1000 mcg, hoping that the lower dosis won't give me the rash again, but will benefit my hair. Maybe I can use this sometime in the future when I have gradually upped my dosis, but this is certainly not a product I recommend you start with.

It takes a while to notice, and find it hard to say because I also use different special shampoos and creams. But I have the idea that my hair, nails and skin has become firmer and more radiant.

Helps well, you have to be patient. I used these in a period with a lot of hair loss. First of all, that got less and my nails got super strong I now use the lighter version also pleases great

Biotin Review @Vitaminstore About 30 days ago I received a game of Biotin Capsules. I have taken these for about 30 days now and that's why I'm writing this review. First of all thanks for @weareeves letting me try this out. It promises to be good for hair and skin. I happened to have a lot of pimples at this time and was happy to get a skin care vitamin. Furthermore, it was easy for me to keep track of because I swallow it at the same time as the pill I've been taking for 3 years. After 30 days of swallowing, I noticed the following: My skin shines more and refurbished faster despite what I ate. It wasn't a big change but did notice that my skin remained more stable despite not eating great this month #feestmaand. For the rest, I didn't notice anything else. My hair has always been healthy and soft. And my skin remained almost the same for the rest. Only less dry and the lake shines. It was a minimal effect for me. I did like to have a small backup and of course I don't know what catastrophes I prevented this month by swallowing this month!
