Makes a statement without overwhelming
I normally wear skin scents, but I discovered this in a blind testing box & fell in love. It's a kind of Marmite frag...people either really love or really hate it. DEFINITELY not one for shrinking violets. It's got great longevity, but the sillage isn't too strong, so you're not going to send people in the lift running for the hills. Complicated scent, but on me it's the smoky incense on dry down that I love. It feels warm & comforting...like snuggling up in front of a log fire.

Magical
A hot tub and... candlelight that barely breaks through the steam. Misted glasses, naked bodies inside the bathroom... there are glasses of champagne in the corner... the light vanilla aroma of candles complements this whole idyll... and creates the very comfort and aura of this Interlude. Such a beautiful spicy scent! In my opinion, Amouage has the most interesting one. Loud, poignant, catchy. You want to breathe it in again and again. I can hear walnut, frankincense, honey, ginger, and what seems to be a metallic note. A real oriental fragrance. For me, the personification of the East.
