Best budget eyeliner

I use eyeliner everyday and have gone through a lot of brands over the years, by far my favourite is this one, it’s brush is amazing and easy to use, and THR Formular tho is wet for a little bit, dries pretty fast and stays on all day, so cheap and so amazing, one thing I do want to add though is for best results if you want clean wings, is to wipe some caress eyeliner off the brush with the top of the bottle first !
