highly pigmented hydra liners ♡

This is one of my favourite hydra liners and at such an affordable price! I used a liner brush to apply this. I found it applies beautifully and dries down matte after a minute or so. This shade is called "Banana Split" and includes a neon yellow and muted yellow. It is available on Beauty Bay.
