Mugwort Essence

It's a soothing essence made with the single ingredient of Mugwort Extract. The refreshing fluid formula adheres and absorbs into the skin to soothe sensitive skin and recharge moisture from within.Mugwort is known from traditional Korean medicine. It soothes and heals skin and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties. It is Ideal ingredient for sensitive, acne-prone skin. I forgot to use it in my previous video about yessstyle acne products, but just know, that it's perfect for when you have acne, it's just one simple ingredient toner.  I secretly adore products with 1 ingredient only because then I understand exactly what problem it targets exactly and what can I mend with it while using it. I love mixing and matching and being a bit of an alchemist with my ingredients - so I would take this and that and this for today's problems and create some other skincare routine another day. (Just liek in the kitchen, btw - I prefer my own huge amount pots of spices and create each time some unique marinade/sauce instead of using packs of ready-to go sauces and marinades). This is a perfect product for such a routine (one product pot). The smell is somewhat grassy, I love such specific smells. The essence is very liquidy, feels somewhat fatty on the hands, spreads around very easily and is quickly absorbed into skin. I love that it brings me soothing after a long sunny day or when I have a rash or a couple of pimples. The skin always appreciates my care with this worthy ingredient and I hope you will try it in any form - serum, essence, mask, cream - you name it! This being said - I LOVE this essence and am super happy it comes in a big pot.

Did you get a bad sunburn or are you struggling with redness all the time, then this is a lifesaver for you! The best part is that this essence only has ONE ingredient which is mugwort so no chemicals or colours that damages our skin barrier. Its consistency is also great, not too heavy or too light, just perfect in between that is quickly absorbed into the skin. What more do I need to say, GO GET IT!

Ik zag deze on sale bij een K beauty winkel en moest het daarom proberen 🤷🏻‍♀️ een vriendin van me is ook helemaal fan van de mugwort mask. Deze heb ik dan ook recentelijk besteld. Deze essence werkt kalmerend en helend. Het bestaat uit 100% pure bijvoet-extract (mugwort). Het werkt tegen irritaties, is antibacterieel en ontstekingsremmend en dus ideaal voor de gevoelige huid met acne. Ik merk dat de essence goed intrekt en mijn huid is daarna inderdaad mooi gehydrateerd en kalm. Ik gebruik het nu enkele weken en ik denk dat bovenstaande wel klopt. Ik heb minder last van oneffenheden en mijn huid is rustiger. Maar ik gebruik dit natuurlijk wel in combinatie met allerlei serums. Ik zou het in ieder geval weer opnieuw kopen.
