Super relaxing
I’ve used this on & off for a few months, i’ve found myself being less anxious & more relaxed when I use it on a night. My sleep has been restful & pleasant. I’ve also used it on my husband & he always feels more relaxed & ready for bed. It literally does what it says it does.

Couldn't live with out
This is one thing every one must have in their life! I honestly couldn't live with out it! I use this every night and oh my gosh it smells amazing! A couple sprays is all you need for a good night sleep! It's so simple to use and last for ages. It is well worth the miney
