I can't tell enough people about vidrate! I've gone from struggling to drink 1ltr of water to now 4ltrs without a second thought. Went online and got their 5 day sample pack. Only paid postage. Was z bit dubious about some of the flavours but turned out yo be really nice and did encourage me to drink more during the day. My favourite was the mixed berry and least favourite was the coconut....reminded me if coconut water...but odd if I'm honest but sure there are people out there that would live it. It mixed well with water and didn't go lumpy. Instructions were included and very easy to follow.
