No More Baggage Eye De-puffing Gel by Dr. BRANDT is amazing! It is formulated with a biomimetric filmatrix technology, peptides & biotanical extracts. It visibly reduces the look of under eye bags and dark circles. My eyes look rested, brighter & appear less puffy. It is very easy to use, just apply a small amount on bags and dark circles after your eye moisterizer. I use it alone, but it can be used under makeup. It has a slight tint but blends into my fair skin nicely. It doesn't feel sticky or greasy and it is suitable for all skin types.
