This eye mask contains 73% sea water, collagen amino acids, hydrolyzed collagen, Sea Alage, Kelp, seaweed, and spirulina. As the patches are "soaked" into the active ingredients, you can choose in which side to apply (thin in the inner eye or thin on the outer) based on your need or face/eye shape. When you apply them you can feel an immediate refresh effect on your under eyes, especially if you have tired eyes. Except for the refreshing effect on application, no visible changes or improvements to be honest.
