I've really been using this for years now! I use it as a conditioner myself (Kruidvat's real conditioners don't do anything for my hair unfortunately..) I have style and thick hair myself. My daughter has type 4 hair and for her I really use it as a leave in, it makes her curls soft and so they stay all day long. You don't need much of it.
