I bought this silver shampoo after having balyage put in a blonde color at the hairdresser. He recommended using a silver shampoo. This silver shampoo does a great job, I do notice that the yellow glow is going out because it does. It does make my hair very stiff but I understood that a lot of silver shampoos do this. Furthermore, it just does what it has to do, hence 4 stars.
