Nothing could be further from the truth. In terms of consistency, this toner is the best I've used (and there are a lot of them!). It's literally “fat water”, a slightly thicker but highly hydrating toner that makes your skin feel nourished and soft. Despite the fact that it is quite expensive, I will definitely buy a new one when mine runs out!
