The purge: skincare horror😈👹!
New skincare products I just love it! But it can also bring a necessary evil: big pustules 😈 by purging! Purging is an English term and means “purging”. It sometimes occurs when using new products, especially products that stimulate cell renewal. Think of products containing retinol, exfoliants, as well as vitamin C and niacinamide. Purging brings up the subcutaneous junk such as sebum, clogging in the pores and also release dead skin cells, which is a fine blend for pustules. Well good then, you think you bought fine skincare and eruptions arise... 🌋 The good news is that purging pimples disappear faster than regular pimples. They also occur in places where you normally get pimples. I rarely have pimples and when I get them they usually sit on my chin. Cell renewal has a cycle of about 28 days, so purging should decrease and disappear after about 4 to 6 weeks. If not, it's probably not purging, but irritation or an allergic reaction. Well, with that in mind, I've recently been trying out a new product. Because yes I now have two pimples on my chin, I call them Mini and Maxi. As soon as they've come, they also announced their departure and promises to make room for healthy glowy skin 🤩! My review of the product will follow in a few weeks! Have you ever had purging?
