This product works great to get and keep curls. It is CG proof and according to the packaging you do it after leave-in in towel-dried hair. I use it differently myself because I noticed that this method did not work for me. I use leave-in first, then a mousse, then gel. Then dry until a small hard layer is formed. Then I scrunch this product into my hair and continue to dry. When my hair is dry, there is little to no cast but a lot of hold. It gives me nice curls.
