Feels nice but no wow effect

I was really surprised when I used this serum for the first time. Every vitamin C serum I've used so far has been slightly watery. This serum is actually oily. I with dry, mature skin like it. But I can imagine that's not nice for someone with combination or oily skin. Although it feels nice, I miss the effect I'm used to with Vitamin C, namely skin that looks a bit more radiant.
