Buildable coverage

I have PCOS, and get a lot of redness and discolouration on my chin/neck which I am always trying to hide without ending up with the dreaded orange neck. This is my absolute holy grail. It covers well, it's buildable if it's particularly red, no hint of orange and it works perfectly for the rest of my face if I want a little bit more makeup.
