I came across this product when I started working as a nurse. I wasn't good, kind of flu and then the doctor on duty came on with a cup of effervescent tablet 👍 my reaction was right away, vitamins 🙄 as if that would help. After half an hour I felt so much better. I take this every time I feel less vital ☺️ so yes tip for internal housekeeping 😅
