It’s cheap, it’s cheerful and it works. I usually pair it with a lip tint and use the liner to define my lips. I do have to reapply, but that might be because I like to overline my cupid’s bow. Honestly, if you carry it with you, that’s no problem. I love a low price point, especially since I always end up losing lip liners. They’re the kind of thing I just chuck in my bag on a night out. If you prefer something more buttery and high quality, this might not be the one for you, but for the price, it does the job perfectly.
