The Dip Eyeliner waterproof

So nice! I've been using this eyeliner daily for a few months now, I've also used it up many times. This was the first dip eyeliner and the only one I've ever used and this probably won't change because it only costs €2.59, which is really nothing. I always use a different essence eyeliner for my normal wing because I can hold it better, but I always use it to accentuate the tip on the inside of my eye. Very nice, nice black and lasts a long time.

Ik vind deze eyeliner ik erg fijn. Hij heeft een fijne punt en hij is ook erg goedkoop😊

Easy to apply, but for eye-catching, thick eyeliners, the coverage is not enough for me personally.
