Solid basis

Essie is a great brand anyway. Brushes are beautifully wide and supple, paint spreads well and easily, dries smoothly and this variant comes in a nice bottle. I use it together with the matte top coat, which gives a good effect. Two layers to give it good coverage, but with only 1 layer, it remains light and just streaky. Also very nice as a base for lighter colors such as #essiesprinfling or #essieflirtyflutters
