Eye Spy Vitamin C Eye Cream

I sometimes suffer from eye fatigue and sometimes puffiness. Just dab a little bit under my eyes and it'll be a lot less right away. A little shimmer also makes it look fresher. Because you don't need much, it also lasts a long time.
