A 10! I have this Victoria Beckham eyewear eyeshadow stick in the color Pecan. A dark brown color. Really fantastic, especially on days when I don't have much time. I do a line above and below my lashes, spread it out slightly with a brush, add some mascara and I'm done. It brings a super nice shadow effect and stays in place all day long. In the evening, it's like I've put it on, even without a setting spray. It dries a little faster than the contour pen (also highly recommended), but blend a little harder. That's also good, because it doesn't have to blend very well. It really is a different product. I use it almost daily during the week and will also order it in other colors!
