Soft, Detangled Hair Every Time
I’ve been using the Garnier Fructis Hair Food Banana for over 7 years, and it’s become a must-have in my routine. I use it as a pre-poo, especially under a heating cap, and it always gives my hair amazing slip. It detangles effortlessly and leaves my hair feeling soft, nourished and easy to manage. I also use it when I help my mum and sister wash their hair, and it works beautifully for them too. Sometimes I mix in other oils and it blends really well without feeling heavy. The scent is a bit strong for me, so I don’t use it as a leave-in, but I know people who swear by it that way. I’ve raved about this product so much to friends and colleagues that some of them have actually started using it too! It’s affordable, versatile, and consistently delivers great results. Highly recommend!

My deep conditioning holy grail
This genuinely changed my natural hair game. It triples as a hair mask, deep conditioner and a leave in conditioner and if there’s one thing it’ll do it’s leave your hair smelling exactly like bananas! It softens your hair so well and makes it easier to detangle. However, I would say if you’re not into your hair smelling like bananas you should maybe try out the coconut one as the scent is more subtle. I would highly recommend for my Afro girlies!

I tried the Garnier Banana Hair Food and honestly I really like it. It makes my hair feel so soft and hydrated, and it gives it a really healthy shine. The smell is so nice too. I’ve noticed my hair looks less dry after using it, and it doesn’t weigh it down. It’s just a really good, affordable mask that actually works. I’d definitely buy it again.
