Overrated

I've been testing various Rituals car fragrances for a while now. Somehow, 80% of the time, it doesn't spread anything. And that doesn't get better when I turn my fan on/off. When a few smells come by, it's nice, but I'm going to test another brand anyway. I was hoping this would work for me but unfortunately
