Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Bosca Vanilla Forte

This perfume is just gorgeous in every way. First of all, starting from the gold and cream box all the way to the huge 125ml glass gold bottle makes the perfume look so elegant and premium. I only sprayed one spray and the scent hit me straight away. It has a musky, woody, sweet vanilla scent but isn’t too musky or sweet. It has base notes of vanilla, driftwood and musk with top notes of bergamot and eucalyptus. Personally I cannot smell the eucalyptus meaning the balance of notes are well considered. In terms of longevity you can tell this is an expensive perfume. It lasts all day and only needs very little squirts in order to achieve this. I am proudly displaying this perfume at the front of my perfume shelf. I recommend it for anyone who loves both sweet and woody scents and wants a premium perfume that lasts all day. It also makes a perfect gift as the bottle and scent is such a treat!

Guerlain is the master of fragrance and this scent does not disappoint. The bottle is beautiful and the warm, complex fragrance rivals the beauty of the bottle. The musky vanilla and amber notes create a lingering scent that is subtle yet makes a statement. Simply divine.

This is by far the most unique smelling vanilla scent I've smelled at a perfumery in my career. This scent isn't sweet and gourmand like many vanilla perfumes, but rather warm, salty and woody. 90% of the ingredients are also of natural origin, which is also very nice. This scent keeps a lovely scent without being too dominant. Great for summer, autumn and winter. Really my favorite!

I love vanilla scents but often find them too heavy to wear in the summer. However, Guerlain's Bosca Vanilla is a light vanilla scent that smells great like cookies. The packaging of the bottle also looks nice. Not an overpowering but rather a subtle scent. Very comfortable to wear every day.
