Head and Shoulders 2-in-1 anti-jeukshampoo

The shampoo doesn't really help with dandruff, unfortunately, but when I scrub before showering (recommended for the hairline!) , that's not a problem for me personally. It helps with the itching on my head, it's a bit of menthol, so it feels cooling on my scalp. I really notice a difference when I haven't used it for 2 weeks, because then I get itchy!

This did not work for my hair. It did remove the rose but the next day it was full again. It's also meant to make your hair less itchy, I didn't notice that. Later, I saw on Tiktok that the Head And Shoulders shampoo is harmful to your hair. It is a 2-in-1 shampoo, you can feel that in the structure of your hair after showering.
