I don't understand why this “glow illuminator by Revolution” isn't getting more attention! You can use this “highlighter” in different ways. You can use it without foundation, under your foundation, blend it with your foundation, or as a highlighter on your foundation. I have the color champagne and I think it is suitable for many skin tones. I prefer to use it under my foundation for a nice all-over glow, or mix it slightly into a slightly mattier foundation so that it also gives a nice glow. Especially under a foundation serum or a bb cream, you can see the beautiful glow coming through. I don't know if this is a newer product but I think a lot of people haven't noticed this illuminator yet because so much attention is paid to the ELF halo glow and the Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter.
