Made To Stay Inside Eye Highlighter Pen

I mainly use this pencil for the lower waterline. The pencil is slightly rough, you have to apply a little bit of pressure. So you have to be careful with it. It illuminates the eyes beautifully. You can also use it under your eyebrows or as a highlighter in the inner corners of the eyes. However, I must say that I find eyeshadow easier to work there. The pencil is thin and therefore does not apply much too evenly.

Great highlighting pen. I use it on my bottom waterline. It is a bit stiff but therefore stays in place for a while. However, it is too stiff for the inner corner of the eye and under the eyebrow. Tip: warm it up on your hand first for more pigmentation and a smoother application to the waterline.
