I had a cold sore a few weeks ago for the first time and was completely panicked. I didn't know what to do and tried these pills on a friend's recommendation. After 5 days my cold sores was gone!!! Right in time, because after that I had a date...:)

Works super well at preventing cold sores!!! As a maintenance I swallow 1 per day and if I suddenly have an eruption of a mega cold sore I swallow 4 a day and then it disappeared much faster works really great!!!!

I often suffer from cold sores and now take L-Lysine every time I feel one coming up again. Usually my cold sore won't come through. So it works perfectly! I can't live without it anymore! At Holland & Barrett, there are also often fun promotions that allow you to get the product cheaper. The disadvantage is that the pills are quite large. So it's not so pleasant to swallow.
