La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+

I am really enjoying using this Lipikar AP +M cream. The skin on my shoulders and tops of my legs can become irritable. This cream has such a lovely soothing effect on it and helps to stop that itchy feeling. It coats my skin in a silky layer that gives my skin a nice glow to it. It almost feels like a protective layer is on my skin. Although it looks thick, it's easy to rub into my skin. It's dermatologically tested and is suitable for sensitive skin, even newborns. It's formulated for dry skin and can provide up to 48 hours of hydration. The AP +M is the technology that is used in this cream to rebalanced skin to stop dry skin from flaring up. I love that it's fragrance free to. It is helping to stop my skin from getting really dry and itchy. It also leaves my skin feeling soft. To use this cream, you just unclip the lid and squeeze out as much as you need. I find I don't need to use a lot as it spreads well.

I am so glad I got to try this Lipikar Balm AP+M for my newly dry, sensitive and itchy skin on my legs, and what an amazing result. Since passing 40 I have been getting very dry itchy legs when I got out of the bath, and as this is specifically for itching and dry skin I had to try it and it is now on my wish list. Deeply soothing and hydrating, I apply to damp skin when I get out of the bath to immediately relieve the itchiness, legs are soft and smooth (except the needed hair removal 😂) and I couldn’t recommend this highly enough for anyone who is suffering with dry itchy skin anywhere on the body. I also use it on my elbows when I have an eczema flare up (only affects my elbows though 🤷‍♀️) and it calms it down significantly within 24 hours but stops the dry feeling and itchiness straight away.

I've always struggled with dry skin & flare-ups on my face - this meant flaky dry patches which results in make-up clinging to it & redness - looking unsightly.
