This cleansing milk removes waterproof makeup with ease. Plus: even without makeup, it cleanses the skin thoroughly and removes dirt from the pores. Minus: you use a lot of cotton pads, so it's not economical to use. The texture is quite fluid and very gentle on the skin. It absolutely does not dry out the skin. If you have dry skin, you don't have to rinse your face after this cleansing milk. I do wash my face afterwards, because I have mixed skin.
