Delicious lip plumper

A pleasant lip plumper. Gives a slightly warm feeling due to the peppermint oil but not exaggerated. Perfect for use as a lip gloss or under a regular lipstick. Didn't have the feeling that my lips were swollen as sometimes happens with lip plumpers.
