Gentle mouthwash

This Listerine Total Care mouthwash is prefect for me as it’s alcohol free which means it has a milder taste. It kills up to 97% of plaque and bad breath causing germs that can be left behind after brushing, so it leaves my mouth feeling super clean and fresh. I use twice a day for about 30 seconds and love the ‘smooth mint flavour’. In the past I’ve been put off using mouthwashes as I find alcohol ones too harsh but this one is gentle and using it is a pleasant experience.
