The Florence by Mills look alive eye balm is very cool to your eyes. I saw reviews somewhere where they say it looks like concealer but it's not. I do feel like I look less tired. I've used it several times and am very happy with it though I wouldn't use it if you don't suffer much from bags under your eyes.
