Fine mascara

I like this massage very much by the use of 2 different brushes. This makes the mascara nice and easy to apply. The first layer gives length and the second layer the volume. The mascara stays in place. It says water proof but I don't fully agree with that. A little moisture then it stays in place, but with a rain shower, I did have an offshoot.
