Maison Margiela Replica Coffee Break Eau de Toilette

I expected a stronger coffee bean like note in this. But apart from the beginning where there is a slight coffee note, the dry down evolves into a Lavender and Vanilla scent. Lasts okay on the body (3-4 hours with 2 hours of decent projection). I would say it is feminine leaning, but guys can rock this too. Also works with other gourmands as a layering combination (like spicy Vanilla fragrances).

If you love the scent of coffee, this scent is for you, intense aroma of coffee and milk! Perfect for every day, the only flaw is the durability, having had other Margiela scents this unfortunately is the one with the worst duration, too bad because the scent is fantastic!

It smells really good and stays in place for a long time (I can still smell the perfume the next day). The title is a bit misleading: you expect a coffee smell but I don't really smell it. It's more like lavender that you smell. The perfume is on the more expensive side but it is worth the money

If you don't like lavender, it's not for you. At the opening, the only thing I smell is very strong lavender, in the drydown I smell more coffee & I like it very much. Unfortunately, don't get it because the opening really stands against me; do you like lavender this is great by the way!
