Great colour but dry

The colour is wonderful and stands out and does not budge throughout the day. Although once you receive it, it may be dry. However, to fix this keep the lid on and put the mascara in hot water. Leave it for a couple of minutes and the mascara inside will become more liquid and less dry when you apply it. After that, it's wonderful. It's so pigmented. Highly recommend using the steps above.
