Ok eyeliner but not fantastic

I use eyeliner every day but I like this one. After a few hours, this eyeliner ran out on me so it didn't stay in place. I really liked older versions (waterproof) of this eyeliner, so too bad the old version is out of the range. I don't buy these anymore.
