Oily skin
Smoother skin
I received a sample of this Medik8 night time retinol cream that also contains medium strength vitamin A. I do use retinol skincare, so found that this retinol cream didn't leave my face feeling dry or irritated. It also contains medium strength vitamin A which is helping to moisterise and hydrate my skin. I have oily combination skin and found that using this cream once per night was enough to not add too much oils to make my skin overly oily. I have found that over the 2 weeks of using this retinol cream my skin is feeling softer and fine lines are looking a little less noticeable. My skin does have a little more glow to after using this cream. Big pluses are it's alcohol free, animal cruelty free and vegan, plus suitable for all skin types. I'm not too keen on the smell of this serum. Even though it's naturally fragranced, it smells a bit floral to me.

Great retinoid but quick to use!
I use this product once a week as this is what is suggested for people below 30. I do like this retinol and somehow I’ve managed to avoid retinization symptoms whilst using this! I mix it in with my moisturiser which was suggested and this may be why. I have now moved onto using it straight from the bottle. One downfall is the dosage. It suggests 3 drops but I do not feel this is enough to cover my face, I do use more but I think the product is used quite quickly if I do.
