Coincidentally, this palette contains the Belgian colors... but NO, that's why I didn't buy it at all. I especially wanted pigmented colors and I liked this collection. I can use black perfectly as an eyeliner, I like the white color as a base and I use the other colors in combination with appropriate seasons and clothes.
